Field conditions mean signal dropouts. The StaffIo mobile app is designed so a worker can keep working offline, with data synchronizing the moment the connection is restored.

• A local encrypted database on the device (Drift and SQLCipher) with the key held in secure storage.
• An outbox pattern – local changes are queued and sent to the server once a connection is available.
• Synchronization on reconnect with conflict resolution (last write wins).
