Version Two s.r.o. (the "Controller") processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable Slovak data protection law (Act No. 18/2018 Coll.).

The Controller is registered in the Commercial Register of the Slovak Republic.
Personal data we collect
We collect name, email address, phone number, and job title to the extent necessary to operate the StaffIo platform.
Work emails and phone numbers are used solely for communication related to managed events. We do not share them with third parties for marketing purposes.
Purpose and legal basis
We process data to perform the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), to fulfil legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR), and on the basis of legitimate interests in operating and securing the platform (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
GPS location data
GPS location of workers is collected only during an active shift at an event and only with their explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Consent can be withdrawn at any time in the mobile app settings; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing prior to withdrawal.
Data retention
Personal data is retained for the duration of the contractual relationship and for 3 years after its termination, unless a shorter period is required by law. GPS records from concluded events are anonymised within 90 days of the event ending.
Transfer to third parties
Data is transferred only to contracted sub-processors within the EU/EEA or countries with an adequacy decision by the Commission. The full list is set out in the Data Processing Agreement (DPA).
We do not sell data to third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, port, and object to the processing of your personal data.

Supervisory authority
The supervisory authority in the Slovak Republic is the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava 27. You may also lodge a complaint directly with that authority.
